Mariano Lugo Coaching provides virtual career and public speaking coaching through online sessions and digital materials. Programs are delivered on a one-to-one basis and are intended for professional development. Coaching is not therapy, mental health counseling, medical, legal, or financial advice, and should not be used as a substitute for those types of guidance.

You agree to participate actively, communicate honestly, and respect boundaries during all sessions. Sharing session recordings or materials without permission is strictly prohibited.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Details of current coaching packages and pricing are available on the website. Payment terms are due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a session. Missed sessions may be considered used—see the Refund Policy for which circumstances are eligible for a refund or credit.

While coaching is designed to support your communication growth, individual results vary and cannot be guaranteed.

Mariano Lugo Coaching may update these terms occasionally. Any changes will be posted on this page. By continuing to use the services, you accept the revised terms.
